NCOM 1000 4 man team record of 55 hrs 55 mins set with RRT4G Ultra Cycling teammates Tim Barrow, David Rocco, Tom Peichel and myself.

My most challenging moment

Early morning hours during multiple 24 hr attempts, my hardest time to continue on the bike.

What I tell myself to keep the bike moving forward

2023 forward will be “Do it for Groot”. My Brother Rick that was lost in Nov 2022. His RRT4G Ultra Cycling nickname

Keep racing around Airline Pilot schedule, improve my 24hr race outcome

And represent RRT4G Ultra Cycling and Barr Ultra as racer and crew. Bring more
