You may know me as the woman beside Joe and the woman behind much of the coaching and performance at BarrUltra, but my main focus in my own professional journey rests with all things nutrition.
For coming up to 30 years, I’ve been THE nutrition coach to athletes (and non-athletes alike) who want to look great, feel better, and perform at their absolute best.
As an athlete, you already know that your performance is only partly down to your training and preparation. In reality, often what’s giving your competitors the edge over you, is a sound working knowledge of nutrition.
I’m here to give you that knowledge.

For starters, I have a Bachelor’s in Sport Science and a Master’s in Nutrition, so I know what I’m doing here. I’m also a certified Life Coach, because performing well is so much more than just facts and figures. Its science… and how it integrates into a busy life with all of its ups and downs (and that’s easier said than done, isn’t it?)
