Then we sit down for an hour at your kitchen table via zoom and you get to tell me how, where, and why you’re stuck.

I provide concrete advice and guidance on how to structure your nutrition to get you moving with intent and confidence in a more positive direction.

You don’t even have to take notes because I’ll send you a recording of our conversation plus any recipes that I think you might really enjoy and benefit from.
