I was a bit nervous about having a session with Jill because I’m as far removed from a sportsperson as you can imagine. But good old menopause has hit me hard, and I needed some nutrition chat.
Jill is amazing! She didn’t judge my choices, but she did educate me on the importance of protein for both my menopause issues and keeping my brain functioning, point out what I wasn’t doing so well at, and totally put me on track for fixing things.
Our session was fun, informative, and VERY motivating. I also went out and bought Weetabix for the first time in years!
She followed the session with a recording, more advice, and a lovely recipe book that I can’t wait to dip into.
