I’d been thinking about trying to find a nutrition coach for a while. I saw Jill’s posts giving advice and tips and decided to book onto her starter month.
I’m just under 3 weeks in. I feel I may have been a client with lots of needs – marathon runner, vegan, menopause age, wanting to lose weight and still have enough going in to get what I need for the training.
I’ve lost about half a stone, I’m feeling lighter and faster when I run and best of all my heart rate whilst running has reduced.
Jill’s starter programme gave me good food ideas to be having each day, great tips on running fuel and included unlimited questions. I do ask a lot of questions, so this may be a regret for Jill, but she has answered everything with a great reason as well as the answer so I feel I’m learning lots as we go.
