I found Jillian by accident on LinkedIn but some accidents are meant to happen!


I was about 8-10 weeks out before embarking on my first Ultra and, being over 50, I knew nutrition was going to be hugely important! Youth was not going to get me round.

Jill sorted out my day to day nutrition first and then we focused on fuelling in training and for the event. This has always been a weak area for me but set me on a path that made a huge difference straight away. I now have a framework I can refer to whatever the distance of event.

I successfully completed the Ultra but the weather was very warm so I did suffer more than I wanted to I dread to think how much worse it would have been had Jill not helped me. I really do think I would not have completed it.
