I ride to stay ahead of my MS and to raise awareness so I can help others. I race and train to continually push past my limits, and to challenge myself with epic goals. I find that riding is the most important part of my treatment plan for MS. I live by the mantra of Every Step Beats MS. It is more than a physical step. It is a way of life which means always taking that next step to live your best life.

A very hot day at the Mid Atlantic 12 hour in 2021. I had to stop around 7 hours in with heat exhaustion due to complications from my MS. You cannot really regulate heat with MS, and I didnt have a very good cooling plan that day.

Break 250 miles in a 12 hour race, and figure out if I can go for 24 hours.
It teaches me that I can always do more that I think I can, and to never stop when things get tough.
