Working with her the last three months has enabled me to take a deeper look at fueling at the right time and for the specific workout. She never made me feel bad on days I didn’t hit target goals and helped reframe some of way I look at food choices. Jill helped guide me every step of the way, making adjustments where we needed. And best of all, I appreciate that her approach is never to cut anything out, but to really build off what you enjoy and what you already eat.
